The Management of PETROQUIMICA VALENCIANA S.L. has established and documented a Quality Policy, which is appropriate to the mission of the organisation and includes the commitment to satisfy customer requirements and achieve continuous improvement, complying with the applicable requirements. Its content provides a reference framework for establishing and reviewing objectives.<\/p>\n

The policy established by PETROQUIMICA VALENCIANA S.L., is based on:<\/p>\n

A policy of customer satisfaction, in order to achieve the long-term sustainability of the company. The commitment of PETROQUIMICA VALENCIANA, S.L. to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers is directed to the fulfilment of quality, deadline and price, the maintenance of seriousness and constancy in the work and the establishment and improvement of the company structure.<\/p>\n

– To inform and train employees in the quality policy, internal procedures and good practices.<\/p>\n

– To carry out internal audits and reviews of the implemented system, trying to detect non-conformities at the earliest possible stage and to take the appropriate measures to avoid their repetition, and thus obtain an improvement in the results.<\/p>\n
